Please note that at this time all sessions and packages are offered for online scheduling only. You will receive a Google Meet invitation for your video session within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment. Quick Look

Payments & Policies

  • Payment is expected prior to the beginning of each session. Fees are indicated for single sessions and full packages. Payment plans for packages can be arranged. Gift cards must be paid in full at time of purchase.
  • Online payment is preferred. Secure payment by Stripe and Paypal are both available. Payments by check are accepted and should be mailed to: Angela R. Meeks, 1624 State Route 49, Arcanum, OH 45304.
  • Payment plans can be arranged in advance for all 3- and 6-month coaching packages. A deposit of $125 is required to purchase all coaching packages. Contact the studio with questions and to arrange invoicing.
  • All multi-session packages and gift certificates are non-refundable once purchased. They may be transferred to another individual upon request.

  • Cancellations: Please text ‪(937) 506-0729‬ or email angela@willowinbloomstudio.org if you are unable to keep your appointment. If you have prepaid for your session, and you communicate you need to cancel, your payment will be applied to your next/rescheduled session. If you have paid and do not communicate, you will forfeit your payment in full. Unpaid and non-communicated cancellations will be invoiced a $25 cancellation fee after the third instance.
  • Late Arrivals: If you have not arrived within 10 minutes of your scheduled appointment time, Angela will assume you have cancelled without communication. The above cancellation policy will apply. If you arrive late, the session will conclude at its scheduled time, limiting the available time for coaching/consulting.
  • Reschedules: Please contact the studio by text ‪(937) 506-0729‬ or email ‪angela@willowinbloomstudio.org whenever you need to reschedule an appointment. Life has a way of happening upon us all. Last minute changes are held in grace.
  • Time Zone: The studio is in the Eastern Standard/Daylight Time Zone. Please note the calculation/adjustment needed seasonally according to your time zone to align with your calendar when scheduling your appointment.
